Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 5-14 working days using Post Haste (domestic) or DHL (international). We offer free shipping for New Zealand orders over $400 and a flat rate shipping fee of applies to orders shipping to AUSTRALIA and REST OF WORLD.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to most countries, if your country isn't recognised at check out please contact us at hello@ater.co.nz.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Atér is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Unfortunately, there is NO exchanges or returns on international orders.
